SkillFrames is a project of Qubin GmbH (website qubin.de, email privacy@qubin.de).
When you send a form we store what you entered (name, email, company or country, interests, message), the time and a hash of your IP address to block abuse. We use it only to answer you and, for professionals, to invite you to the pilot.
Google Cloud / Firebase (Europe, Belgium) and our email provider Resend to notify our team. No tracking, no advertising cookies.
Until you ask us to delete it, at most 24 months after the last contact.
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability – write to privacy@qubin.de. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
No video is collected on this website. Recording for the pilot happens only after a separate, signed consent that explains purpose, recipients and withdrawal.
For your account we store your email, name, trade, country, hours per week and your signed consent (signature, version, time). For each clip we store the video, task, duration, your note, the review result and, if a client is in the frame, the client's name and signature. Purpose: running the pilot and, after acceptance, licensing clips to companies that train robots and AI. Legal basis: your consent and our contract with you (Art. 6 (1) a and b GDPR).
Only accepted clips, only after faces have been made unrecognisable, and only to companies that have signed a data licence with us. Until a buyer has signed, no clip leaves our Firebase project (Europe).
You can withdraw your consent at any time for clips not yet delivered, and delete your account in the app (Profile → Settings). Clips already delivered stay with the buyer under the licence; we tell you which buyer received them.
