SkillFrames is in a pilot phase run by Qubin GmbH. These terms apply to professionals who record clips in the SkillFrames app.
Only your own hand work on the task you chose: hands and tools in the frame, no faces, no screens with personal data, no third parties without their own signed consent in the app.
For every accepted clip you grant Qubin GmbH the non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the clip and to license it to companies that train robots and AI. You confirm that you may grant these rights.
Accepted minutes are noted at the rate shown on the task when you submitted the clip. During the pilot nothing is paid out until the first buyer has signed; then noted amounts are paid out. Rejected clips are not paid.
We review every clip and may reject it with a reason (for example face visible, wrong task, too dark, too short).
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may end the pilot; noted amounts for clips that were delivered to a buyer are still paid out.
